Our school is thinking about a James Bond 007 theme for the class of 07 but we probably won't be able to because it will encourage the wrong ideas such as skanky dresses etc. Stupid administration.

I being a homeroom officer, was thinking of submitting the idea of, Dirty Dancing, as a theme. Being how I just finished watching the film I figured that would be kinda dawgy fresh.

This wasn't our prom theme it was our homecoming theme but would work great for a prom. We did "Fire & Ice" It was awesome. Our mascot is Tigers so for our picture backdrop we traced a Tiger walking out of flames into a snow and ice covered stream and mountain. One side of our gym was done in red christmas lights for the fire and the visitors side was decorated in blue christmas lights for the ice. We had a flame archway and a snow archway. It turned out great and we got tons of compliments!

im 2nd vice for my council and i was in charge of homecoming and this year we had a haunted homecoming but it was still a fformal dance. we decoorated it with tombstones we made ourselves, we made trees out of 2x4's and put otange lightds on it..and we had fog machines all over...email me for more info on this...chap2ndvice@yahoo.com

Our prom last year was Neverland. Our king got a pirate hat insted of a crown and a sword insted of a septor. We had a freshman dress up as Tinkerbell. It was great! We even had a pirate ship. I strongly recommend this theme it was a big hit.

THIS YEAR'S HOMECOMING THE THEME WAS DANCING THROUGH THE DECADES AKA LETS GROOVE TONIGHT...WE HAD EACH CLASS HAVE A TIME ERA LIKE 50'S 60'S 70'S 80'S...WE HAD A BEAUTIFUL VIEW THAT LOCAL AND FOR CENTERPIECES WE HAD IT SAY LIKE "50'S" DECORATED IN GLITTER EACH TIABLE WAS A DIFFRENT ERA WE HAD A LIVE BAND PLAYING WHEN THEY ENTERED WE HAD ALL THESE DIFFRENT COLOR LIGHTS SHINING LIKE BLUE PINK YEELOW RED TO CREATE KINDA LIKE A NIGHT CLUB THEME...

THIS YEAR WINTER FORMAL IS GOING TO BE "AN ENCHANTED ROMANCE" ITS KIND OF LIKE AN ARBAIAN/ALADDIN THEME...WE PICKED THE COLORS GOLD, IVORY,PURPLE,BLUE(PURPLE AND BLUE ARE DARK)WE HAVE TO HAVE THE DANCE IN THE GYM AND THE CELILNG IS KINDA REALLY HIGH SO WE WANT IT TO FEEL LIKE YOUR NOT IN THE GYM WE WANT THE GYM TO TAKE A TOTAL TRANSFORMATION BUT WE'RE HAVING TROUBLE WITH THAT CUZ OF THE BUDGET WHICH IS 2000..HELP US PLEASE!!!!ANY IDEAS EMAIL ME PLEASE L.ALEXIS_09@YAHOO.COM

ok so we have't picked our exact theme yet but we have ideas. so far they are: "Bed of Roses" or "A Night in Hollywood". they both would be mainly black & white with an accent of red. I think both ideas are really cute!!!

This year i'm a sophomore, and we did "If We Could We Would..." for our homecoming theme. The freshmen's was,"...Be Legit" Ours was,"...Be In the Movies" the juniors was,"...Be Super Heros" and the Seniors did,"...be in SNL." it was really cute

We did 007 for homecoming, and our school is definitely not lenient. As long as you encourage something positive with catchy phrases like "we are the stars of tomorrow" and dont put weapons everywhere you will be fine. good luck 07's :)

we did "frozen in time" last year for prom. it went over really well. there was a huge glacier type thing made of like shear material in the middle of the room with a stopped clock on it

We did homcoming "Do you remember" from Jack Johnson it was so cool we got pictures of the students as little kids and played a slide show of it during the whole dance. We had a big paper picture frame full of more pictures. We did the colors a purple and white it was AWESOME we had a cool fabric pattern on the wall. . Another fun Idea was "Superhero Sadies" people dressed up as their fav. superheros. the walls where covered with superheros a comic book theme.
