Some of you have asked us to post our responses in this area--and after thinking about it
a great deal, believe me, we have decided against it. Our reasons are simple: we receive lots of
advice requests from concerned parents, and most of it is of a sensitive--often really sensitive--
nature. They ask us from the outset not to post our response, and so we've decided not to break
that confidence. Sorry, but we thought all of you reading this at least deserve an explanation.
